• Translate consulting strategy into concrete processes: AI delivery, quality standards, business value engineering, Solution Quality Assurance
• Build and evolve the frameworks that enable advisory-led delivery – Business Value Engineering (BE) Tooling, standard workshop formats, AI accelerator adoption, accelerator library
• Close the gap between where the teams are today and where they need to be - deliberately and systematically
Culture & Team Development
• Create a working environment built on high expectations and genuine autonomy - consultants own their work, their client relationships, and their growth
• Introduce modern feedback structures: 360-degree feedback, peer reviews, transparent development conversations
• Build structured enablement pathways so every consultant can operate independently - from BVE conversations to partner advisory
• Replace traditional close management with clear standards and visible performance
Delivery Quality & Hiring
• Maintain oversight of delivery quality across SDM, RFNO, and project management - through standards and structured governance
• Ensure partner QA framework is operational: design reviews, health checks, defined escalation paths
• Lead hiring and onboarding for SDM and RFNO teams in collaboration with CCO and HR
