About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to spearhead our efforts in identifying and qualifying new customers and markets Energy & Natural Resources and the Oil & Gas sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to position the SoLEX solution as a transferable value asset across various industries, driving growth and innovation.
 

  • Identify and qualify new customers and markets within the Energy & Natural Resources and the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Position the SoLEX solution as a versatile value asset for emerging industries.
  • Collaborate closely with the local Consulting and Presales team to prioritize industries, use cases, and target customers.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships at decision-making levels, including Business, IT, Logistics Management, and C-Level executives.
  • Independently drive the sales process from initial outreach and scoping to closing deals.
  • Actively contribute to go-to-market initiatives in partnership with SAP, Industry Advisors, and SAPs partners Ecosystems.
  • Translate industry needs into effective sales strategies and value propositions.

Ihr Profil
  • Proven sales expert with strong capabilities to expand existing markets.
  • Experience in software and consulting sales, with a deep understanding of value selling in the context of Software, Consulting, and Partner GTM strategies.
  • Expertise in dealing with upper midmarket and large enterprise clients.
  • Ideally, experience in Energy & Natural Resources industries (O&G, Chemicals, Utilities).
  • Good knowledge of SAP supply chain modules (SD, TM).
  • In-depth understanding of the SAP ERP portfolio.
  • At least 10 years of experience selling SAP solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Strong network within the US SAP organization.
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals, both independently and with partners.
  • Leadership experience is a plus, with the ability to lead a team of colleagues.
  • Location in Southeast Texas is preferred but not required.
  • Leadership skills to foster a positive working atmosphere where colleagues can thrive.
  • Willingness to travel within the US and Internationally when needed
